Individual Therapy

Community Support Groups

Urgent Clinical Appointments

Expedited appointments may be available for individuals experiencing increased distress who need timely clinical support. These sessions focus on stabilization, assessment, and short-term coping support.

CAPS-C is not a 24-hour crisis service.


What to Expect

Individual and Family therapy typically begins with a clinical intake assessment to determine needs, goals, and appropriate service planning. Session frequency and duration are individualized based on clinical recommendations and client preference. Group therapy can be a one time session or 4-series mini, and individuals can attend as many groups they desire based on the focus of the group
