About Workforce Readiness and Life Stabilization

At CAPS-C, we recognize that meaningful, stable employment is often a key part of emotional well-being and long-term recovery.

Our employment support services are integrated with other supportive services and designed to help individuals build confidence, develop readiness, and navigate pathways toward sustainable work at their own pace and in alignment with their needs.

How It Works

THERAPY INTEGRATION MODEL

This approach focuses on addressing mental health needs while supporting individuals in building the stability, confidence, and readiness needed for sustainable employment. When appropriate, and identified in treatment plan, we assist in connecting clients with employment resources and opportunities.

DIRECT REFERRAL

Our Direct Referral Model provides a structured pathway from readiness to opportunity, connecting individuals to workforce opportunities through our trusted partner, Elevessence Pathways.

As part of this process, a workforce readiness assessment is completed to determine the most appropriate next step. Some individuals may be referred directly, while others may be recommended to participate in a Workforce Readiness Program to support successful placement and retention.

Employment outcomes are not guaranteed. CAPS-C may provide referrals to external resources, including organizations that may have a professional relationship with CAPS-C. Clients are under no obligation to utilize any specific provider

Disclaimer: CAPS-C may provide referrals to workforce opportunities through trusted partners, including Elevessence Pathways; however, clients are not limited to any single provider. Alternative employment resources, referrals, and pathways may be explored based on individual preferences, goals, and needs.
