What to Expect

  • A safe, respectful, and confidential environment
  • Facilitator-guided discussions and activities
  • Opportunities to share (at your comfort level)
  • Practical tools and coping strategies
  • Connection with others facing similar challenges

Our Support Group Structure

We offer one-time 60 minute psychoeducation support sessions designed to provide immediate guidance, connection, and practical tools around specific topics or challenges.

These sessions are ideal for individuals who may not be ready to commit to a full series but still want meaningful support in a structured, facilitator-led environment.

Each group includes:

  • A single, topic-focused group session
  • Practical tools and strategies you can apply right away
  • A welcoming, low-pressure environment
  • Opportunity to connect with others experiencing similar challenges

We also offer a 4-week series processing group, designed to provide extended focused support and meaningful progress over a short period of time.

Each series includes:

  • Weekly processing sessions (typically 60–90 minutes)
  • A specific theme or focus area for the entirety of the 4 weeks
  • Skill-building, reflection, and group discussion
  • A supportive and consistent group experience

We offer a range of specialized services tailored to meet your individual needs. Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions.
